We switched from a previous lender very late in the process due to them changing their terms at the last minute. On a friends recommendation we reached out to Brian and immediately knew we should have contacted him to begin with. Their team delivered what was agreed on and within a tight timeline. Our only concern with switching so late in the game was that we would not be ready for the set closing date. Brian's team was so efficient that we actually were ready to go with plenty of time to spare. We would highly recommend them due to being straight forward, honest and very knowledgeable; great experience.
