- The Initial Call: We’ll get on a phone or Zoom call to talk about your goals and how we’re going to get there.
- The Application: Think of this as a 5-10 minute interactive survey. It pretty much puts everything we initially spoke about ‘on paper’ and helps shape the plans to reach your goals.
- The Documents: Basically the proof we need to confirm what you put on the application.
- Credit Check: You knew this was coming, huh? Simply put, this is just to see what’s under the hood of your financial history.
- Go Shopping: Once you’re set and pre-approved, it’s time to do some shopping with your realtor!
REFINANCING
Want to see if you qualify for a lower rate? Or maybe take some cash out of the equity of your home? What about removing PMI? We’re here to take care of all of the above and then some! And if you’re not sure what the best option is, we’ve got your back there as well. Here’s how we do it:
- The Initial Call: We’ll get on a phone or Zoom call to talk through your refinance ideas, thoughts, and concerns.
- The Quote: We’ll ask for your mortgage statement (if available) and credit score and send you some refi options within 24 hours.
- The Application: Assuming you liked the quote, we’ll ask you to fill this out to confirm what was on our initial call.
- The Documents: Basically the proof we need to confirm what you put on the application.
- Credit Check: You knew this was coming, huh? Simply put, this is just to see what’s under the hood of your financial history.
